The pier reservation deposit covers the installation fee for basic services, which include:

✔ Hardware Connections & Cable Management – Organizing and connecting all necessary components.
✔ Guider Focusing – Ensuring the guider is properly adjusted.
✔ Polar Alignment – Precisely aligning the system for accurate tracking.
✔ Custom Machined Pier –

• Each pier is crafted on-site specifically for your system.
• Designed to provide a permanent, rigid connection with no vibration or flex issues.

What Is NOT Included?

The installation fee does not cover time-consuming tasks such as:

❌ Collimation
❌ Tip/Tilt Adjustments
❌ Software Setup

These services fall under advanced tech support, which is billed at $50 per hour.

How to Optimize Your Installation Process

To streamline your installation and reduce setup time, we recommend:

✔ Pre-configuring your system before sending it.
✔ Ensuring your remote PC is fully set up, including:

• Installing remote connection software.
• Enabling Auto Power-On in the BIOS for unattended operation.
  ✔ Pre-installing ZeroTier on both your home and remote systems to set up your own private VPN configuration.
